I will, to the best of my ability:
- Serve the residents of Ward 28 first
- Ensure that they receive value for their tax dollars.
- Ensure that the city’s core services are delivered reliably, on time and are affordable
- Create an open and transparent decision-making process.
- Create a climate that fosters job creation, growth and access to housing that is appropriate and affordable
- Protect people and property in safe communities.
- Recognize that infrastructure is a key component to a city such that all modes of transportation are valued and that all people are connected with the city and within their own local communities
- Ensure that residents are engaged in the civic government process so that future development is in keeping with the preservation of unique local neighbourhoods.
- Support social, financial and environmental actions that lead to sustainable city growth over the long-term and preserves our city’s heritage, value of our culture and support for the arts.
- Build a city that encourages a healthy lifestyle through fitness, sports and recreation.
