As councillor I am elected to serve the residents of Ward 28 to the best of my ability. I am accountable to you to ensure your needs and interests are addressed first above all others. You need to know your councillor is there when you need help and proactively planning for your future.
- Create a new Neighbourhood Leadership Council to include all neighbourhoods to bridge the widening gap between residents and City Hall.
- Publish my voting record on key issues clearly linked to public consultation.
- Implement Councillor’s office “Serving You First” standards
- One business day: Complaints/inquires resolved or action plan developed and communicated
- Follow-up satisfaction survey
- Performance reported quarterly
- Create an “Councillor Hotline” for emergencies
- Convene 3 broad public town-halls annually including phone in and internet capability.
